Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Consultant to work directly with the promoter in shaping and driving the company's enterprise-level growth, profitability, and long-term value creation strategy.
This role will focus on defining and institutionalizing macro strategies across:
- Revenue expansion
- Sustainable profitability
- Margin enhancement
- Customer retention & lifetime value
- Capital efficiency
- Business scalability
The role is strategic in nature, with accountability for translating vision into structured plans and measurable business outcomes.

To design, align, and drive strategies that improve:

- Operational & Capital Efficiency
- Long-term Enterprise Valuation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Growth Strategy:
- Define a 3-5 year revenue growth roadmap.
Identify scalable growth engines across:
- New markets / store expansion
- Product category expansion
- Premiumization strategies
- Channel diversification
- Develop clear growth hypotheses and investment priorities.
2. Profitability & Margin Strategy:
- Establish a structured profitability improvement roadmap.
Improve:
- Gross margins
- Contribution margins
- EBITDA performance
- Align pricing, product mix, discounting strategy, and cost structure with long-term margin goals.
- Build a sustainable margin discipline framework across the organization.
3. Customer Retention & Lifetime Value Strategy:
- Develop a long-term customer retention framework.
Improve:
- Repeat purchase rate
- Average transaction value
- Customer lifetime value
- Institutionalize CRM and data-led engagement at a strategic level.
- Create differentiated positioning to drive loyalty in a competitive jewellery market.
4. Revenue Quality & Mix Optimization:
- Shift focus from volume-only growth to high-quality revenue growth.
- Optimize revenue mix across:
- Gold vs diamond vs high-margin categories
- Bridal vs occasion vs everyday wear
- Align growth initiatives with margin sustainability.
5. Capital Efficiency & Business Scalability:
- Improve capital productivity (inventory efficiency, asset utilization).
- Ensure growth initiatives are financially viable and scalable.
- Support investment decisions with structured ROI frameworks.
6. Strategic Governance & Execution Alignment:
- Convert enterprise strategy into:
- Clear annual business priorities
- Strategic KPIs
- Review frameworks
- Work with leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Periodically review progress and recalibrate strategy as needed.
Key Deliverables (Outcome-Oriented):
Within 12-24 months, the role is expected to drive:
- Measurable improvement in EBITDA margins
- Sustained revenue growth above industry benchmarks
- Increase in customer repeat rate & lifetime value
