Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Private Limited (KJPGPL) is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for Pearls Jewellery. This role focuses on driving sales growth through corporate and institutional partnerships, field marketing, customer acquisition initiatives, and strategic collaborations. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and hands-on execution to increase showroom footfall, brand presence, and revenue.
- Lead corporate, institutional, hospitality, and residential outreach initiatives to promote pearl jewellery and silver articles.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic tie-ups with corporate offices, hotels, guest houses, institutes, and premium residential communities.
- Engage with key decision-makers and Points of Contact (POCs) to develop long-term promotional and referral partnerships.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate HR/admin teams, hotel front offices, institutional partners, and referral networks.
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Work closely with CRM and showroom sales teams to monitor lead follow-ups and improve conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and oversee on-ground marketing activities including corporate activations, society events, exhibitions, festive campaigns, and product showcases.
- Drive distribution strategies for branded materials, discount vouchers, and promotional offers across targeted segments.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, seasonal trends, and business objectives.
- Drive consistent lead generation through field marketing initiatives and institutional partnerships.
- Ensure a steady inflow of qualified walk-ins to showrooms from corporate and community outreach channels.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and sales performance.
- Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Share actionable insights with senior management to refine marketing strategies and improve market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, sales, and showroom teams to align initiatives with revenue targets and festive calendars.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior marketing executives and field teams, where applicable.
- Support management with strategic recommendations to enhance outreach efficiency and brand impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, B2B promotions, retail marketing, or corporate sales-preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage corporate partnerships and on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Highly result-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with extensive field engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Work Timings:
- 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
