Chief Financial Officer

Location: Corporate office: Sri Krishna House, Road no. 10, Banjara hills, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the financial actions of the company.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company goals.

- Oversee the financial planning and analysis process.

- Manage the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.

- Ensure the company financial health and provide strategic recommendations.

- Track cash flow, financial planning, and analyze the company financial strengths and weaknesses.

- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions recorded in the Books of Accounts.

- Verify and obtain necessary approvals from various departments.

- Authorize and authenticate all vouchers.

- Ensure proper compliance of applicable statutes including TDS, TCS, GST at the time of posting vouchers.

- Timely payments of all statutory dues and ensure timely filing of returns.

- Calculate and pay advance taxes.

- Submit responses to notices received from various departments including Income Tax, GST, VAT, Sales Tax.

- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for advice and ensure timely actions on all statutory cases.

- Work closely with the leadership team and build/lead the team.

- Lead and drive organizational financial priorities and initiatives on transversal focus areas like automation, knowledge management, risk and control.

- Implement appropriate internal controls and operating risk management processes and procedures to ensure integrity of performance and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant or related field.

- Proven experience as CFO or similar role in a corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

- 10+ years of experience as CFO.
