Role - Manager , Investor Sales Job Location : Bangalore - It requires the candidate to do business development, engage with bond houses/ partners, procure, access and update live prices and available bond inventory - It requires the ability to do order fulfillment and order reconciliation pertaining to bonds sold to clients - Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales. - Ensure high level of client ownership, service orientation and satisfaction - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing HNI / UHNI / Corporate clients. - Maintain complete relationship record for assigned HNI / UHNI / Corporate accounts. - Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Requirements : - 5-7 years of experience in bond houses / bond brokerage as a wealth RM / RM. - Knowledge/ Experience of selling Third party revenue products like Bonds is a must. - Looking for someone who is highly structured and can create order and rigor in running the product line. - Should be a confident communicator, driven & tenacious. - Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills. - Should be a team player. - Should be able to influence team members across all levels without the need for direct authority
