Investor Relations & Alliances This vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with the Large Corporates, Financial institutions like Banks and NBFCs. This team acquires institutions to enable funding for a variety of Debt products present on the KredX platform circling around Invoice Discounting, and Supply Chain Financing solutions.
Job Role
- FI Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new Banks and NBFCs onto the TReDS platform, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lender Relationship Management: Support and manage existing Bank and NBFC partnerships, acting as a primary liaison to enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Business Growth: Drive increased lender participation by expanding funding limits, improving utilization rates, and identifying new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, tech, compliance) to address lender requirements and ensure seamless execution.
- Tech & Process Support: Assist lenders with platform-related queries, troubleshooting, and any required tech enhancements or integrations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in Banking/NBFCs, preferably in Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Discounting, or TReDS.
- FI Sourcing & Engagement: Experience in onboarding and managing relationships with Banks/NBFCs.
- Fintech Exposure: Prior experience with digital lending platforms like TReDS is a plus.
- Skills: Strong relationship management, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders efficiently.
