Kreditbee - Senior Manager - Business Loans Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations for business loans, ensuring timely disbursal and loan processing.

- Oversee SME lending and MSME lending activities, including underwriting coordination and team management.

- Implement process automation tools such as LOS, LMS, TAT optimization, and Fintech operations to improve efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6 - 9 years of experience in Business Loan Operations or related field (SME Lending/MSME Lending).

- Strong understanding of fintech operations, loan processing, disbursement, underwriting coordination, team management, and process automation.

- Proven track record in optimizing turnaround times (TAT) using various techniques like workflow management software.
