Program Manager - Two-Wheeler Loans

About the Role:
We're hiring a Program Manager to build and scale our Two-Wheeler Loan business from scratch. Great opportunity for someone with strong auto/TW finance experience and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & execute the GTM plan for the TW Loan vertical
- Onboard/manage OEMs, dealers, DSAs & digital partners
- Create credit programs, pricing & process flows with Credit/Risk/Ops
- Drive volumes, profitability & regional performance
- Track portfolio quality, delinquencies & partner productivity
- Lead digital initiatives - eKYC, eNACH, LOS/LMS
- Dealer activation, training & performance reviews
Requirements:
- MBA preferred
- 2+ yrs experience (TW finance/auto loans preferred)
- Experience setting up/scaling lending programs (NBFC/Bank)
- Strong understanding of dealer networks & field sales
- Data-driven, process-oriented, cross-functional working style
