Key Responsibilities

Business & Program Management

- Drive growth and performance of the LAP portfolio

- Own end-to-end program execution from lead generation to disbursement

- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions

- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, and Product teams

Funnel & Performance Optimization

- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics (Login Sanction Disbursement)

- Improve TAT and operational efficiency across branches

- Track portfolio quality and coordinate for delinquency control

Stakeholder & Branch Coordination

- Collaborate with branch teams and HO for smooth processing

- Ensure alignment between business targets and execution teams

- Drive accountability through structured review mechanisms

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare detailed MIS dashboards and performance reports

- Present insights and recommendations to leadership

- Track key KPIs and drive data-backed decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in LAP / Secured Lending / Business Loans

- Experience in program management, business operations, or sales strategy

- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management

- MBA preferred

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
