Program Manager - People, Process, and Leadership / Purpose, Objective, Premise, Strategy, Assumptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business strategy, planning, and execution to achieve lending and revenue goals.
- Coordinate end-to-end loan operations (onboarding - disbursal - repayments).
- Track KPIs: acquisition, approval rates, disbursals, and portfolio health.
- Work with product, credit, and operations teams to improve journey efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM with 2-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
