Product Manager - Business/Property Loan Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product and business requirements. - Complete ownership of product release / feature release. - Ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy. - Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders. - Complete ownership of defining & tracking usage analytics. - Complete ownership of driving optimization and enhancements, basis usage analytics and other product metrics. - Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap. - Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Requirements: - Experience in SME and/or Property Loans. - Should understand how Lending process works with 360 view of all stakeholders. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables. - Proficiency in managing product & project backlogs. - Proficiency in managing & coordinating with external & internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in defining and tracking usage analytics and other product metrics via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics / CleverTap other related tracking tools. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL. - Should have understanding of technical solutioning including interaction between Frontend, Backend, Database, APIs. - Should be able to read and analyse technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents. - Proficient in driving 3rd party API / SDK integrations, etc. Experience & Educational Qualifications: - 3-5 years experience for PM role & 5-8 years experience for SPM role in Loan Management System - Experience in fast-paced startup environment. - B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes. - MBA optional.
