Process Improvement Manager - LAP


Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Job Summary:

KreditBee is seeking a proactive and dynamic Program Manager to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital adoption, managing structured training programs, enhancing loan and customer journeys, and monitoring process adherence.


This role involves close coordination with sales, operations, and technology teams to enable business expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Adoption & Training

- Drive digital tool adoption across sales and operations functions.

- Conduct structured weekly training sessions for the sales team.

- Collect feedback regularly and implement continuous improvements.

Customer & Loan Journey Enhancement:

- Ideate and optimize customer onboarding and loan servicing journeys.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and reduce drop-offs.

Technology Enhancements:

- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system and process improvements.

- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless implementation of tech enhancements.

Business Growth & Expansion Initiatives;

- Support new initiatives to scale the LAP business.

- Identify growth opportunities and assist in strategy development and rollout.

Process Governance:

- Monitor process adherence through regular audits and reporting.

- Implement corrective actions and ensure compliance across all operational areas.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in program or project management within NBFCs, fintech, or lending domains.

- Sound understanding of loan products (especially LAP) and digital enablement tools.

- Proven experience in training facilitation, stakeholder management, and BRD documentation.

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong business acumen and process-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with digital training platforms and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Effective collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
