KreditBee is one of India's leading digital lending platforms, offering a wide range of financial products to millions of customers. We are expanding our LAP business and are looking for a dynamic professional to drive cross-sell initiatives within our existing customer base.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Manager for the LAP X-Sell team who will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property cross-sell opportunities among existing KreditBee customers. The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and branch operations to ensure seamless execution from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Sell & Funnel Management

- Target existing KreditBee customers for LAP product offerings.

- Drive customer engagement and improve conversion rates.

- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams for journey enhancements and funnel optimization.

- Manage tele-sales and document collection teams to ensure lead generation and login conversions.

2. Branch & Processing Coordination

- Coordinate with LAP branches and Head Office for timely processing of logins.

- Track approval and disbursement status to ensure minimal TAT.

- Resolve operational bottlenecks in collaboration with branch teams.

3. MIS & Performance Reporting

- Prepare and manage detailed MIS reports for weekly/monthly management reviews.

- Track funnel metrics, productivity, and performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cross-sell efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6 to 7 years of experience in the lending ecosystem (preferably LAP / secured loans).

- Experience in sales operations or business management roles.

- MBA from Tier B schools preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

- Candidates from South India preferred; Kannada-speaking candidates will have an advantage due to extensive coordination with South-based branches.
