Title: Lead, CRM (B2C)
Designation: Manager+ (basis experience)
About role:
CRM Manager would be part of our Marketing Team and would lead a team of campaign executives and collaborate with the creative & content team based on requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM marketing strategy, including end-to-end execution across various channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, RCS, Email, OBD, IVR etc), segmentation, testing, and continual evaluation for improvements.
- Identify metrics and analyze campaign performance by setting benchmark on various cohorts
- Expertise in A/B test as well as other impactful testing methods
- Identify cohorts and plan campaigns to improve extractions %
- Working with Product Owners to calendarize communications across cohorts
- Proficiency in marketing automation, including email marketing, push notifications, In-App Notifications, and SMS
- Experience in Clever tap/Moen gage is required
- Experimenting personalised contents for users and scaling up the successful ones
- Streamlining operations by setting up processes and automating task
- Drive Business impact by identifying key levers through campaigns/new initiatives
