Description:
- Lead and manage the Business Loan vertical for the Bangalore region.
- Drive sales, acquisition, and portfolio growth across unsecured and secured business loan products.
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and Channel Partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and onboard new channels/partners to expand business reach.
- Monitor business performance metrics disbursements, delinquency, and TAT.
- Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high portfolio quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive customer experience and satisfaction through efficient service and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Loans / SME Lending / LAP / Working Capital domain.
- Proven track record in team handling and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of credit principles, financial documentation, and business evaluation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Preferably from NBFC / Fintech / Bank background.
