We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Category Manager to support product growth, business strategy, and performance management for our digital lending business. This role is highly cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of business strategy, product development, credit operations, and analytics. Key Information:

Location: Bangalore (In-office/Hybrid as per company policy)

Experience: 2-3 years (Post-MBA)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech / B.E.)

MBA / PGDM from a premier institute

Batch Eligibility: 2018 pass-out and above (for both Bachelor's/MBA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy & Growth: Support end-to-end business strategy, quarterly planning, and execution frameworks to achieve overall lending volume and revenue goals.

- Process & Journey Optimization: Partner closely with Product, Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and maximize digital customer journey efficiency.

- Data & Analytics: Prepare detailed business reports, automated dashboards, and deep-dive performance insights to drive data-backed decision-making.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new product opportunities, regulatory shifts, and emerging trends in the fintech space.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly across cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-3 years of post-MBA experience, ideally within a Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Digital Lending ecosystem.

- Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of digital loan lifecycles, KYC processes, underwriting basics, and digital customer journeys.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.

- Culture Fit: High energy, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
