
Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end campaign management, drive user acquisition, improve customer engagement, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliates, CRM, etc.).
- Build campaign strategies aligned with business goals, product roadmaps, and user lifecycle stages.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience research to identify opportunities.
Execution & Optimization:
- Manage daily campaign execution including setup, targeting, budgets, and pacing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversions, approvals, and disbursals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, visuals, and communication flows.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
Data, Reporting & Insights:
- Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and present results to internal stakeholders.
- Track attribution and customer journey using tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Branch, or other MMPs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Growth, CRM, Business, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and ad networks for execution and scaling.
Compliance & Brand Integrity:
- Ensure campaigns follow regulatory guidelines relevant to fintech and lending.
- Maintain brand consistency across communication and creatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-6 years of experience in digital campaign management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, consumer apps, or startups.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs), CRM channels (SMS, email, push), and affiliate ecosystems.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, MMPs), Excel, and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with performance marketing for lending or high-velocity user funnels.
- Knowledge of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in digital lending.
