Role Summary:
Own end-to-end revenue growth and scale Kredily from PMF to durable, multi-engine growth. This is a hands-on builder role covering sales, partnerships, pricing, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion
- Scale SMB sales and CA-led partner motion
- Drive Free - Paid - Insurance monetization
- Lead pricing, packaging, and GTM execution
- Build and lead Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management
- Own revenue forecasting, funnels, and operating metrics
Success Metrics (23 year horizon):
- Scale revenue to 35 Cr+ MRR
- Strong ARPU, attach-rate, and net revenue retention
- Multiple predictable GTM engines
- Founder-independent revenue execution
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years experience in B2B SaaS / Fintech / HRTech
- Proven PMF - scale journey
- Strong understanding of Indian SMB buyers
- Experience with partner-led growth and monetization
- Operator mindset; comfortable building from zero
Compensation:
Skin-in-the-game role with ESOP-heavy upside and a clear path to Co-founder / CXO-level ownership based on outcomes. Competitive fixed + performance-linked variable.
