Key Responsibilities Areas for the role Sales Management - AOP target achievement (DB & Customer wise). JBP with Regional Accounts, engagement with regional team of national key accounts. Tracking inventory at DC and MT stores, MBQ, ensure range availability, follow up for PO. Drive business in SAMT stores through engagement & loyalty program. Ensure range availability & Visibility. Team Management : Monitoring daily productivity / performance of off role team. Drive offtake from promoter / merchandiser stores. Ensure desired growth from invested outlets. Performance review of team on monthly basis and take corrective action. Team training, motivation and retention through regular inputs and incentive plan. Distributor Management : Engagement with DB, monitor stock, planning primary, ensure timely supply with 100% fill rate, secondary sales data, timely claim submission & settlement, account reconciliation, payment follow-ups. Market Execution & Reporting - Tracking market execution, Visibility as per agreement, SOS, competition activity, new opportunity and regularly sharing it with HO team. Secondary sales, offtake, market share, category data analytics, identify gaps and take real time action.
