Description:
- 13+ years of experience in managing and leading Business Development departments.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business case & Business plan development.
- Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi language, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Your primary Responsibility is on Business Development for Kran in its areas of operation namely IT Consulting, Software Solutions and Services in the Northern Region of India.
- You are expected to develop the business in the Government Sector covering the States of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh.
- However, based on specific requirements you will be asked to handle business activities outside northern region.
- In addition, you will also be responsible for Establishing Strategic Business Relations/ Associations for further enhancing the Market Reach of Kran in Northern Region and across the Country.
- Ensure that the Services / Solutions delivered to the customers of the Region meet the Committed Schedule / Quality in Coordination with the Offshore Development Team, Project Management and Assurance Team based out in Trivandrum, Kerala.
- Increase the Productivity in the existing accounts by identifying opportunities for new projects, enhancement projects, support etc.
- Provide critical insights on market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide input to the internal teams based on client feedback and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Implement and maintain sales forecasting, planning, and marketing processes.
- Establish sound and positive relationships with all concerned stakeholders of new prospects / existing clients.
- Connect regularly for identification of opportunities to enhance business in the existing accounts in the form of new projects, enhancement projects, support projects etc.
- Engage with all stakeholders regularly and follow up on positive leads till the lead is translated to a firm order
- Lead negotiations, close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Head Office team to ensure smooth implementation of contracts
- Conduct software presentations /demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing our software solution capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
