Regional Sales Head
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast sales performance, set targets, and drive action plans to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:
- Own regional P&L, revenue numbers, and market expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts to drive sales growth.
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and high conversion through effective funnel management.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and field sales teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, goals, and accountability.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
- Oversee negotiation and closure of high-value deals.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the regional market, customer landscape, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in managing mid to large sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
