Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead end-to-end program implementation for the state of Andhra Pradesh, ensuring alignment with State education priorities, Program objectives and ConveGenius's strategic goals.
- Develop the Annual Work Plan (AWP) with clear milestones, targets, and accountability mechanisms.
- Run implementation model pilots (cost-impact experiments) to test and refine scalable models.
Project Delivery & Adoption:
- Ensure seamless delivery of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, and AI-powered chatbots in the intervention schools.
- Drive teacher adoption through training, mentoring, and classroom-level support.
- Collaborate with product teams to contextualize content, dashboards, and analytics towards visualising and accelerating impact.
- Establish feedback loops to report field challenges and insights for product, program and content improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison with state education officials, SCERT, SSA, and district leadership.
- Manage relationships with CSR funders and NGO partners, including reporting and showcasing impact.
- Represent ConveGenius in high-stakes review meetings, policy discussions, and donor presentations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the Andhra Pradesh implementation team, including Zonal managers and Swift Bharat Fellows.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee capacity building, performance monitoring, and professional development for the team.
Data, Monitoring & Impact:
- Track program KPIs: adoption, engagement and gains.
- Use dashboards and analytics to drive decisions and report insights.
- Build case studies, reports, and presentations for internal leadership, state partners, and donors.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Education: Master's or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Experience: 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in large-scale program management / delivery.
- Experience working with government education systems is highly desirable.
- Strong program and project delivery skills: planning, execution, and risk management.
- Proven stakeholder engagement ability with senior officials and funders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset: ability to use data for decision-making and communicate insights effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
