As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage one or more projects simultaneously, depending on the organizations requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering projects successfully, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and project teams.

Your technical expertise, management skills, and ability to communicate effectively with high-level officials and clients will be instrumental in achieving project goals.

Skills/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or a related discipline.

- Equivalent experience will also be considered.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling confident and professional interactions with high-level officials, clients, and project team members.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate effective project planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.

- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as per project requirements and specific requests.

Responsibilities:

- Overall project planning and management to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the budget specified in the contract.

- Overall contract management of an IT project in public administration, building a thorough understanding of the project and the domain.

- Initiate and maintain cordial relations with key stakeholders at the customer site.

- Attend and brief the concerned officials, including top officers and other key stakeholders of the customer side, on a regular basis.

- Keep stakeholders and senior management informed about project status, milestones achieved, and any significant developments.

- Ensure that the various teams involved in delivering the project including the Study Team, Development Team, Testing Team, Documentation Team, and Quality Team work in coordination to deliver a high-quality solution as per the scope, quality, and timelines specified in the contract.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

- Collaborate with project team members to optimize resource utilization and provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-performance levels.

- Possess a good understanding of payment processes and coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure timely payments.

- Ensure that billing is done as per contractual terms and payments are followed up until received.
