Responsibilities:
- Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.
- Talent Advisory : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives (CMO, VP, Director etc.), understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.
- Building Network : You will connect with senior leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Tier 1 MBA with 2 to 4 years' experience working in a sales or client facing role.
- Prior experience in B2B sales is required in the Consumer industry
