Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify, evaluate, and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and pitch decks for new business initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities and deal closures.
Transformation & Strategic Initiatives:
- Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, digital adoption, and operational excellence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to document current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Track transformation initiatives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Leadership & Stakeholder Support:
- Provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership on transformation and new business initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and transformation outcomes.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation and reporting.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Act as a liaison between business, operations, technology, and external partners.
- Support planning and execution of pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout activities.
- Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans for initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of business development, strategy, and transformation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical & Tool Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with reporting dashboards and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart preferred).
Education & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
