Marketing Leadership:.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the platform to both developers and players.
- Design campaigns that effectively build the platform's brand and drive user engagement.
User Acquisition:.
- Lead user acquisition initiatives to grow the platform's user base, focusing on performance-driven campaigns.
- Identify and optimize acquisition channels to achieve scalable growth.
Developer Engagement:.
- Build awareness and desire among game developers to onboard their games onto the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and campaigns that resonate with the developer community.
Brand Management:.
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for the Platform.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's values and branding guidelines.
Public Relations and Communication Strategy:.
- Manage PR activities to elevate the platform's visibility and reputation in the industry.
- Craft and deliver clear, compelling messages across various communication channels.
Performance Analysis:.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, acquisition strategies, and PR efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing and future initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Work closely with the product, development, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall platform goals.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in performance marketing, brand management, PR, or a related field.
