General Manager/Vice President/Head - Marketing - Agro Chemical Manufacturing Domain

Nano Fertilizer is a sister concern company of KR Group incorporated in 1995.

Job Profile:

- Candidate should have exp in Marketing of Fertilizer and Pesticides, Nano Urea Product.

- Achievement of sales target for select markets .

- Formulating and devising brand strategy and plans to achieve the brand objectives.

- Deciding the marketing mix and communication strategy for the brand by analysing consumer research data, highlighting business challenges and consumer trends.

- Driving new product development and/or innovation of existing products

- Strengthening Brand equity and strategizing for improving Brand health and performance.

- Driving standardization of processes and systems within the department and providing strategic guidance and direction to Brand teams to perform on the-ground activities

- Construct and Track MIS on regular basis

- Design and employ promotional activities to increase Brand visibility

- Periodically track the Market trends, Crop Patterns, Seasonal fluctuations, Consumer's expectation, Competitor's approach etc
