Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the entire financial architecture of the organization. This role involves navigating complex financial landscapes, ensuring fiscal discipline, and spearheading initiatives that drive long-term value creation. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and operational heads to align financial strategies with the company's growth objectives, playing a pivotal role in preparing the organization for its next phase of expansion and capital market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end IPO process, managing regulatory compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting to ensure a successful public listing.

- Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing actionable insights to department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

- Oversee comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new avenues for revenue growth.

- Manage treasury operations, capital structure, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and financial stability for large-scale manufacturing operations.

- Implement robust internal control frameworks and risk management policies to safeguard company assets and ensure statutory compliance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale financial operations within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of leading IPOs.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, corporate finance, and tax planning, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business narratives.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, mentor finance teams, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

- Advanced professional qualifications such as CA or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute, reflecting a deep understanding of financial governance and regulatory standards.

- High level of adaptability and commitment to on-site leadership, ensuring direct oversight of financial operations at the Shahjahanpur manufacturing facility.
