Role Overview :
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the Board and the leadership team, overseeing the entire financial architecture of the organization. You will work closely with operational heads and external stakeholders to optimize capital allocation, manage treasury functions, and provide actionable insights that directly influence the company's profitability and long-term expansion goals. Key Responsibilities :
- Direct the overall financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support the companys growth objectives in the paper manufacturing sector.
- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards to maintain transparency with stakeholders.
- Manage treasury operations, including working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and cost-effective financing.
- Implement rigorous internal control systems and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and mitigate operational financial risks.
- Lead tax planning and compliance initiatives, ensuring the organization adheres to all direct and indirect tax laws applicable to the manufacturing industry.
- Provide data-driven financial analysis to the executive team to facilitate informed decision-making regarding capital expenditure and process improvements.
- Mentor and lead the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional integrity.
