The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical consulting/ digital advisory and experience of working with a Big4 or a top consulting firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical capabilities and a passion for driving impactful change in the ADS sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategic leadership and project oversight: - Lead and manage large scale, complex technical engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. - Oversee the design, development and deployment of technical solutions for the client. Client relationship management - Act as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand client needs and tailor strategies to address specific challenges Project leadership and delivery - Deliver end to end technical consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations - Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions Business development and practice growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing revenue growth - Represent the firm at industry events, enhancing its market presence. - Stay current on industry trends and anticipate their impact on client strategies - Contribute to the development of intellectual capital within the firm - Share insights and knowledge with clients and colleagues to foster culture of continuous learning. Qualification and skills: - Educational background: MBA /Master's degree from a tier 1 /Tier 2 institution. - Experience: 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting - Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects and influence stakeholders
