Position: Specialist - Financial Management and Monitoring

Location: Delhi/NCR and Vijayawada, India

This role is instrumental in supporting large-scale development initiatives aligned with India's inclusive growth agenda. The focus areas include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Employment, Women & Child Welfare, Housing, Financial & Social Inclusion, Livelihoods, and Social Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage infrastructure projects with a strong focus on financial management, monitoring, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, auditing protocols, and computerized financial systems.

- Utilize advanced tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

- Work extensively with Public Financial Management Systems (PFMS) and other government financial procedures.

- Provide insights on statutory and tax regulations, internal controls, and banking arrangements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management and financial oversight.

- Educational background in MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Chartered Accountancy (CA).

- Proficiency in financial software, electronic spreadsheets, and word processing tools.

- Strong understanding of government financial systems and procedures.

- PMP Certification is mandatory.
