Role Overview:

As a Solution Architect based in Guwahati, you will serve as a technical bridge between complex government mandates and scalable digital infrastructure. You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems, ensuring that our public sector clients benefit from robust, secure, and future-ready technology frameworks. Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams and senior government stakeholders, you will translate intricate policy requirements into high-performance technical architectures that improve service delivery and citizen engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end technical architectures for large-scale government projects to ensure alignment with national digital transformation goals.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native environments to improve system scalability and operational efficiency.

- Architect complex microservices-based ecosystems that facilitate seamless integration across disparate government departments and public platforms.

- Oversee the technical roadmap and governance for high-stakes projects, ensuring compliance with security standards and data sovereignty regulations.

- Mentor engineering teams through the development lifecycle, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rigorous quality assurance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade cloud architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven ability to decompose monolithic applications into modular microservices, utilizing containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong track record of managing large-scale government or public sector projects, with a deep understanding of the unique procurement and compliance landscapes.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and government officials.

- Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams in a collaborative, on-site work environment in Guwahati.

- A minimum of 10 to 16 years of professional experience in software architecture and systems design.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.
