- Work timings: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Flexible working hours required)

Roles & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP & S/4HANA Finance transformations, capable of leading end-to-end implementations while effectively engaging with business stakeholders across Finance stream.

- Lead SAP Finance transformation programs from design to go-live.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.

- Bridge business and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Oversee solution design, system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Treasury, FSCM, and IT teams.

- Required Expertise:

1. SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI): GL, AP, AR, R2R, Asset Accounting, Ledgers & Extension Ledgers, Currencies, Company Codes.

2. Nice to have expertise in Treasury & Banking, FSCM: Collections Management and Dispute Management.

3. Strong experience in Finance process integration.

4. End-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, enhancements, workflows, and integration design.

Good-to-Have Knowledge:

- Controlling (CO)

- Profit Center Accounting

- Cost Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- CO-PA

- FI/CO Integration

Key Skills:

- Strong business process understanding across Finance.

- Hands-on SAP delivery experience with the ability to explain real-world configuration and implementation approaches.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to interact with Finance Leaders, Business Owners, and Executive Sponsors.

- Strong understanding of risk and controls, compliance requirements, and quality standards applicable to audit firm.

Educational qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) from an accredited college/university.

- Master's degree (MBA/M.com) from an accredited college/university.

Work experience:

- 15+ years of relevant experience.

- Previous experience in Big 4/Big 6 firms is highly preferred.

- Experience in people management, performance management, leading teams of 5-6 members, reviewing work of juniors.
