They are expected to possess considerable client relationships which could lead to business opportunities. They may be assigned a market/geography/solution/account or a set of clients for business development - Contribute to solution development - Participate in practice initiatives and at times lead such initiatives such as knowledge management or thought leadership - Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge - Regularly come up with Capital Markets Dashboard with recent market developments in the related regulatory space/ market activity and other IR updates Project Role: - Responsible of client facing role for multiple engagements ensuring integration of finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective communication between the company, the financial community, and other constituencies, which contributes to a company's securities achieving fair valuation - This position is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of a company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance - Also, separately conduct perception analysis for clients reflecting how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results and communication - Develops and maintains a company investor relations Strategy, Plan and Execution - Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation - Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function - Provides Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons - Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors - Oversees the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements - Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site - Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management - Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community - Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders incl. stock exchange representatives - Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings - Writing sections/chapters on Annual report etc. Other: - Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in Capital markets &amp; Investor relations services capabilities and industry knowledge. The candidate is also expected to be part of industry forums. - Plays the role of performance managers for junior staff - During the course of your work, you will be expected to be a people leader for your department/location and to also manage a team in terms of staffing, appraisals etc. - Coordinating in developing the practice (people / clients and skills) - Plays role of a performance manager for junior staff.
