Role Overview: - The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives to develop industrial clusters and infrastructure projects in the Aerospace & Defence (A&D) sector, with a focus on positioning Andhra Pradesh as a competitive hub. Based in Vijayawada, the role demands on-site leadership across planning, stakeholder engagement, policy advisory, and governance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in investment facilitation, cluster development, and public private collaboration, with a strong understanding of A&D manufacturing ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Oversight: - Lead conceptualization and execution of industrial cluster development and infrastructure projects. - Guide the development of master plans, phasing strategies, and projectization of cluster initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: - Facilitate coordination with government departments, industry associations, and investors. - Lead multi-stakeholder consultations and support statutory and policy approvals. Policy & Advisory Support: - Review and contribute to concept notes, policy briefs, and background documentation. - Advise on incentive frameworks and investment promotion strategies for A&D manufacturing. Monitoring & Governance: - Oversee the design and implementation of a centralized project monitoring dashboard. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and risk mitigation strategies. Sectoral Expertise: - Provide insights into A&D manufacturing ecosystems, including infrastructure needs, R&D linkages, and global best practices. - Support strategy development for positioning Andhra Pradesh as a competitive A&D hub. Qualifications: - B. Tech and MBA from a recognized institution. Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in: - Investment facilitation and promotion - Cluster development and planning - Public-private collaboration - Stakeholder engagement and policy advisory - Experience working with government agencies or industrial development bodies is preferred.
