ADS Practice Overview KPMG India's Aerospace, Defence & Space (ADS) practice supports key stakeholders including the Ministry of Defence, defence corridors, and leading OEMs. Our team comprises domain experts, ex-armed forces personnel, and industry specialists, delivering strategic, operational, and regulatory advisory across the defence ecosystem. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the development of the drone ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, project monitoring, documentation, and strategy formulation. This role also involves contributing to market research, data analysis, marketing, and investor outreach. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination & Reporting - Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. - Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Support issue resolution and maintain alignment with project goals. 2. Stakeholder Engagement - Assist in organizing and conducting consultations with drone industry stakeholders. - Document insights and feedback to inform strategic planning. 3. Strategy & Market Research - Identify sector-specific challenges and contribute to strategy development. - Monitor drone industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities. 4. Business & Financial Support - Assist in preparing business cases, financial models, and client presentations. - Support investment and partnership decision-making processes. 5. General Consulting Support - Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions and reporting. - Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the drone ecosystem. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners. - Utilize MS Office and BI tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis. Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA Desired Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Interest or experience in emerging technologies, especially drones, is a plus.
