Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and dynamic Program Coordinators to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects in the urban development, tourism, social, and economic sectors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in consulting or advisory services and hands-on experience working with Project Management Units (PMUs), Project Implementation Units (PIUs), or Project Management Consultancies (PMCs). Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple sectors including urban development, tourism, social, and economic initiatives - Support the design and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines - Liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, consultants, and community representatives - Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder consultations - Provide technical and administrative support to PMU/PIU/PMC teams Required Qualifications and Experience: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Social Work, Environment, or Economics - Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles within urban, tourism, social, or economic sectors - Proven experience in at least 2 projects involving roles in PMU, PIU, or PMC settings - Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills: - Familiarity with government and donor-funded project frameworks - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Knowledge of sustainability and inclusive development practices
