KPMG - Manager - Treasury Transformation

Role & responsibilities:

This position is with KPMG Global. We are looking for high-performing Treasury Transformation resources at Manager and Assistant Manager level to support KPMGs Global Treasury Centre of Excellence on international client engagements and go-to-market initiatives.

The role will support global treasury transformation projects across cash management, in-house banking, payment factory, bank connectivity, liquidity forecasting, cash pooling, FX processes, banking strategy and treasury target operating model design. The team will also support country guide research, proposal development, market scans, client workshop preparation, business case analysis and internal go-to-market assets.

- Support global treasury transformation projects with analysis, process documentation, slides and client-ready materials

- Assist in designing and documenting cash management, IHB, payment factory and liquidity forecasting concepts

- Support banking, cash pooling and country-specific research, including country guides and market practice summaries

- Prepare proposal materials, credentials, benchmarks, business cases and go-to-market content

- Support requirements gathering, testing, data preparation and project coordination for TMS / treasury technology initiatives

- Own defined work packages independently and coordinate with global KPMG teams across Switzerland, UK, US and Middle East

Preferred candidate profile:

- 6-10+ years of experience for Manager/3-6 years for Assistant Manager in treasury, banking, finance transformation or consulting

- Strong understanding of corporate treasury, especially cash management, payments, liquidity, banking and intercompany flows

- Exposure to IHB, payment factory, cash pooling, TMS, Kyriba, SAP Treasury or bank connectivity is a strong plus

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI, SQL, Python or automation experience is a plus

- Fast thinker, structured problem solver, proactive, reliable and comfortable with ambiguity

- Strong English communication skills and ability to produce polished materials for senior stakeholders

- Commercial mindset and interest in supporting client pursuits, proposals and market-facing initiatives
