KPMG - Manager - Strategy Consulting - Public Sector

KPMG is looking for a dynamic, high ownership Manager for the Economic Growth Practice in Lucknow-a proactive professional who can work with senior government stakeholders and drive initiatives that enhance the state's economic competitiveness and investment attractiveness.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 to 15 years of experience in economic development, government advisory, investment promotion, or related consulting domains.

- A strong problem solver with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

- Ability to independently manage multi-department coordination, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality deliverables.

- Experience in preparing policy notes, strategy papers, investor materials, and leadership-ready presentations.

- Strong market connect with industry players, associations, and investors to support outreach and investment mobilisation.

- A proactive, energetic personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Prior exposure to UP Government departments is an added advantage.

- Willingness to be onsite in Lucknow and collaborate closely with the EG team.
