Position: Lead Enterprise Architect Government Digital Transformation.
Location: Guwahati.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Enterprise Architect to drive next-generation architecture for state-level digital platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable, citizen-centric digital ecosystems using modern, cloud-native and microservices-based architecture. The position requires strong architectural leadership to establish enterprise-wide standards, enable secure integrations, and build resilient, interoperable platforms aligned with government digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in large-scale government systems and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / IT or MCA.
Certifications:
TOGAF / Zachman Certification (Mandatory).
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT / Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture for government systems, including large-scale digital platforms.
- Strong expertise in designing microservices architecture for high-scale applications.
- Experience in API gateway architecture and management, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
- Hands-on experience in building decoupled, modular, and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, resilient, and interoperable digital platforms.
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives end-to-end.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns, including microservices and cloud-native systems.
- Deep knowledge of integration strategies, API management, and interoperability frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing enterprise-grade scalable systems aligned with digital transformation goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Architecture & Design:
- Design and implement microservices-based architecture for large-scale state digital platforms.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards aligned with transformation goals.
- Develop scalable, modular, and decoupled systems to enhance government service delivery.
2. Integration & Platform Strategy:
- Architect and manage API gateways ensuring secure, scalable, and seamless integrations.
- Enable interoperability across systems through standardized integration frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with cloud-native and modern digital architecture principles.
3. Leadership & Transformation:
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives for government digital transformation programs.
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and frameworks across teams.
- Provide architectural governance and oversight across projects.
4. Project Design & Delivery:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into architecture blueprints.
- Ensure delivery of high-performance, resilient platforms.
- Guide teams in implementation of scalable and future-ready architectures.
5. Administrative & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and security frameworks.
- Maintain architecture documentation, governance processes, and reporting standards.
- Support long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
