Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced IT Consultants to support client engagements, drive digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery. The role requires strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with exposure to public sector procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technology requirements.
- Perform business process analysis and translate requirements into functional and technical documentation, including BRD, FRS, and SRS.
- Support end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities such as planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Prepare and review key project documentation including feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), RFPs, and training manuals.
- Assist in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to applicable standards, policies, and guidelines (including government/public procurement frameworks).
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports for senior management and client stakeholders.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and bid submissions for IT consulting engagements.
- Contribute to drafting RFP/RFQ responses, including scope of work, technical approach, implementation methodology, and compliance matrices.
- Participate in bid presentations, client interactions, and pre-bid/post-bid discussions.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
- Strong documentation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Expertise in preparing project deliverables such as feasibility reports, DPRs, concept notes, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Working knowledge of public procurement procedures and frameworks.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech
- MBA (mandatory)
Experience:
- 3 to 15 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or Business Analysis
