Job Title: International Placements Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Service Line- Government & Public Sector Sub Service Line- Education & Skill Development About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to lead international placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global recruitment, a deep understanding of international labor markets, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with overseas organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage international placement strategies and programs - Build and maintain relationships with global employers, agencies, and institutions - Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and labor laws across key markets - Facilitate candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes - Provide guidance and support to candidates on international job readiness - Negotiate placement terms and ensure compliance with international standards - Track placement outcomes and generate regular reports Required Qualifications & Experience: - 6-7 years of experience in international recruitment or placement services - Strong knowledge of global labor markets and immigration policies - Established network with international organizations and placement agencies - Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Attributes: - Experience working with government or international mobility programs - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and reporting skills
