Leveraging multidisciplinary expertise and global best practices, IIDA partners with central and state governments, PSUs, and multilateral institutions to foster inclusive, competitive, and sustainable development Work Experience Requirements: - 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in: - Collection and analysis of financial data and statements. - Coordination with financial institutions for facilitation and appraisal of business plans. - Financing of small businesses, retailers, traders, clusters, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and rural industries. - Proven experience in appraisal of business plans and financing MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). - Strong understanding of financial products and credit assessment methodologies tailored to small and rural enterprises. Educational Qualifications: - Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Management, Economics, Finance, or Banking from a recognized institute. Preferred Skills: - Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with rural and semi-urban financial ecosystems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
