Digital Government Advisory : Project Management ( Media & Entertainment industry)

Experience & Industry Background:

Mandatory: Minimum 10 years of work experience in project management, procurement process, client engagement, team management, and PMU setup.

Good to Have: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Government projects.

Industry: Candidate must be from Media & Entertainment Industry

Education: MBA from reputed institute

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects requiring extensive planning, coordination, and communication with multiple stakeholders.

- Monitor, track, and manage project progress and stakeholder engagement.

- Effectively manage project teams and vendors.

- Provide leadership and motivation to meet project goals and milestones.

- Regularly update stakeholders on strategy, progress, and challenges.

- Assign tasks and communicate deliverables to vendors.

- Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.

- Advise teams and assess quality and effectiveness of outputs.

- Determine cost-effective methods for project completion.

- Coordinate between different project stakeholders.

- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Certifications:

- Good to have: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or equivalent project management certifications

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or other BI tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Projects, JIRA.

- Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
