Position: Consultant - CA / CS / ICWA| Government & Public Sector Advisory

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience Required: 2-4 years

Qualification: CA/CS/ICWA

Role Overview :

- We are looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants with expertise in Government Compliance to join our Government & Public Sector Advisory practice.


- The role involves working closely with public sector clients, providing advisory support on financial regulations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Ensure compliance with government financial regulations, statutory laws, and corporate governance norms applicable to public sector undertakings (PSUs) and government projects.

- Policy Implementation & Process Improvement: Assist in the development and execution of government financial policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior government officials, policymakers, and industry experts to drive regulatory reforms and strategic initiatives.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare policy reports, compliance reviews, audit reviews.


Key Requirements:

- Qualifications: CA/CS/ICWA (Mandatory)

- Experience: 2-4 years in government compliance, regulatory advisory, financial audits, or risk management in a consulting firm, government entity, or PSU.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of government regulations, financial compliance, and risk management

- Knowledge of public sector financial reporting standards, procurement processes, and statutory audits

- Hands-on experience with taxation laws, corporate governance, and internal controls in the government sector

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment

- Strong stakeholder and client management abilities
