KPMG India's Government & Public Sector - Economic Growth Division is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support initiatives focused on Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), regulatory simplification, and business reforms.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with government stakeholders on high-impact assignments aimed at improving the business environment, driving policy reforms, and enhancing ease of investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support government clients in implementing Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) initiatives and regulatory reforms.

- Assist in the design, analysis, and execution of business reform strategies and policy frameworks.

- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities for regulatory simplification.

- Collaborate with government departments and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and policy documents aligned with project objectives.

- Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting engagements in the public sector domain.

Eligibility Criteria

- Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Economics and/or MBA from a reputed institution.

- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a team member on assignments related to Ease of Doing Business, regulatory reforms, or business process simplification.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record of delivering consulting assignments for government clients.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and credibility with public sector stakeholders.

- High attention to detail with strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
