About the Digital Government Advisory Team

KPMG Indias Digital Government Advisory (DGA) practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, visualization, and business process analysis, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports.

- Perform data analytics to support decision-making and strategy.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

- Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduates from premium institutes such as IIT, NIT, or IIM.

- 6-10 years of relevant consulting experience in business analysis and data visualization.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Strong database querying skills (SQL or similar).

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in government projects.

- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.

- Familiarity with project management tools.
