Business Analyst (AI Knowledge Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Create actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

- Collaborate with Business, Development, QA, and UI/UX teams.

- Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Defect Management.

- Ensure successful delivery of AI-powered business solutions.

Total Experience: 7 - 12 years

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments.

- Strong experience with User Stories, UAT, Defect Tracking, and Stakeholder Management.

- Understanding of LLM concepts, context management, prompt engineering, and AI limitations.

- Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI Agents, Tool Calling, RAG, Knowledge Bases, and Enterprise AI solutions.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and AI-powered assistants.

- Understanding of concepts like Code Interpreter, AI Skills, Workflow Automation, Orchestration and MCP is preferred.

- Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and AI-focused requirements.

- Experience with GITHUB board, FIGMA, Lucid chart and Confluence.

Preferred:

- Exposure to GenAI, Copilot, or AI Agent implementation projects.
