Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities :

An experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Detailed role would include :

- Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers

- Summarize budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives

- Group Consolidation

- Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support

- Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls.

- Monitoring and managing cash flows requirement of business

- Responsible for various management reports

- Compliance with all statutory requirements

Requirement :

- CA with 10-12 years of experience preferably from a consulting background, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Should have managed finance operations across multiple cost centres.

- Ideally has exposure to commercial finance (not mandatory but desirable).

- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to handle complex or challenging situations proactively.

- Excellent Communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership qualities

- Thorough knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Team management

Location : Delhi (occasionally have to travel to Gurugram).
