We are hiring for a Sales & Business Development role for the Home Care Division at KPL International Limited.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

The Sales & Business Development Manager for the Home Care Division will lead growth initiatives and manage key accounts within the Mumbai region. This role involves identifying market opportunities for specialty chemicals, surfactants, and emulsifiers, while building long-term relationships with formulators and procurement heads in the FMCG and home care manufacturing space. You will act as the primary interface between KPL's technical portfolio and the evolving needs of the industry, ensuring that our product solutions drive value for our clients and contribute significantly to the division's top-line growth.

Professional/ Technical Qualification:

Preferably Chemistry/Science Background, Polymer Science or Coatings or similar. In specific, should be good in chemistry and have handled Additives, Surfactants/Emulsifiers.

Experience:

7 - 12 years total in Business Development & Technical sales or similar role, preferably should have worked in an international trading organization.

Job Responsibilities:

The profile should have hands-on experience in sales and marketing of Chemicals, Surfactants, Resins, Polymers, etc. used in applications like Adhesives, Coatings, Paints, Inks, Construction Chemicals and related industries.
