KPI Partners - Techno Functional Analyst - Oracle EBS

About the role:

KPI Partners is seeking an experienced EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Financial Systems and a passion for driving transition projects to modern platforms such as Fabric. This role requires both technical expertise and functional knowledge to support our clients in optimizing their financial processes.

Total Experience: 10-13 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand business requirements related to financial systems and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations between Oracle EBS and Fabric, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Configure and customize Oracle EBS Financial Modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions promptly.

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in financial systems and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst with a focus on Oracle EBS Financial Systems.

- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, including modules, database structures, and integration methodologies.

- Experience with Fabric and understanding of the transition from Oracle EBS to Fabric is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
